Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

THANKS for your order!

First class shipping is free within the U.S. and you will receive tracking information via email or text (depending on the method you selected) as soon as your order is shipped. We are as excited about your order as you are to receive it! We work hard to create, wrap, package and ship within 6-8 days of your order being placed. If you are ordering during a holiday shopping season or during any of our sale events please factor this in and allow 7-12 days for production as we do get very busy with orders. 

Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days AFTER it ships from California to destinations within the U.S.  Currently due to COVID you may experience shipping delays which are out of our control. If you notice your tracking is delayed please be aware you will need to be patient as we recommend signing up for advanced tracking text alerts. 

During holidays and long weekends please keep in mind that we are at the mercy of the post office and it could take a little longer. Select priority mail if you require it sooner.

Outside U.S. Shipping:

Bellaforma provide’s International shipping via the U.S. Postal Service or DHL. If you choose U.S. postal service your item won’t be tracked after it departs the U.S. so we recommend DHL. Prices are based on weight and destination. Your delivery may take between 7-21 days. Bellaforma is not responsible for custom fees, duties or other charges. RETURNS: 

You have 30 days to return or exchange an item, we charge a 25% restocking fee on ALL returns. We do not accept returns unless we have authorized the return so please send an email first. Bellaforma Jewelry is handcrafted and made to order so please read the details and sizing of the items you are purchasing to alleviate returns. Your jewelry needs to be returned in the original box and in original condition. We will refund the difference and your return will be processed back to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES:

If you are exchanging jewelry for a different size or want to select another item we request you send an email first so we know to expect these items. Please include a note with your returned items that you would prefer an exchange. You are not subject to the 25% restocking fee if you are exchanging your items however customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee for exchanged items. We will issue you store credit (minus the shipping fee) in the form of a personalized credit code. This code will not expire and can be used at any time by entering this code at checkout.

You will see our P.O. Box address on our packing slips, please ship to this address.

Please return in the same box and put tracking info on your package as Bellaforma cannot be responsible for lost items. 

If you received an item and it is damaged in any way or anything is missing please notify  sandra@bellaformajewelry.com immediately. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Custom orders are not eligible for returns, credit or exchange. If you are exchanging ANY non-custom items the exchange is a final sale and not eligible for additional exchanges or returns.
