SHIPPING:

First class shipping is free within the U.S. and you will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is shipped. If you are purchasing via META you will get notified that your jewelry has shipped. ONLY purchasing through OUR website will give you tracking information.

We are as excited about your order as you are to receive it! We work hard to create, package and ship within 5-7 business days of your order being placed. With the exception of hoop earrings and rings we do not stock an inventory so your patience is appreciated.
If you have a large order (5 pieces or more) please understand the time it takes to make your jewelry will increase.

If you are ordering during ANY of our sale events please factor this in and allow 7-12 days for production as we do get VERY busy with orders. Your order is packed in one gift box selected to fit the amount of pieces in your order unless otherwise requested.
If you have certain pieces designated for gifts and would like them boxed separately please let us know. We do not know which pieces are gifts and are happy to accommodate requests.

Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days AFTER it ships from California to destinations within the U.S.  

All customer orders will be followed with an email from Bellaforma confirming your order details and shipping address. If you incorrectly enter your address and it gets sent back to us please understand you are responsible for shipping the 2nd time. 

Any postal shipping delays are out of our control, this can happen around busy holiday seasons, areas experiencing extreme weather issues or postal worker shortages. If you notice your package is delayed you can sign up for advanced tracking with text alerts via USPS. We understand this is frustrating however Bellaforma Jewelry is not responsible for postal delays. If you still haven’t received your items after 3 weeks since original shipping date please reach out.

Priority mail is an option if you require it sooner.

Outside U.S. Shipping:

Bellaforma provide’s International shipping via the U.S. Postal Service or DHL. If you choose U.S. postal service your item won’t be tracked after it departs the U.S. so we recommend DHL. Prices are based on weight and destination. Your delivery may take between 7-21 days. Bellaforma is not responsible for custom fees, duties or other charges. 

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your jewelry. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all jewelry returns. If an item states FINAL SALE then it is NOT eligible for a return.

Returns need to be authorized first, please send a direct email to: sandra@bellaformajewelry.com if you wish an exchange or return.

Bellaforma Jewelry does not stock an inventory, our pieces are handcrafted and made to order so please read the details and sizing of the items you are purchasing.

Your jewelry needs to be returned in the original gift box and in UNWORN condition. We will refund the difference and your return will be processed back to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES:

You may exchange jewelry for a different size or if you would prefer to select another item we request you send an email first so we know to expect this item/s. Please include a note in your package that you would prefer an exchange. Our 15% restock fee is waived if you are exchanging your items/s however customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee for exchanged items. We will issue you store credit (minus the shipping fee) in the form of a personalized credit code that you enter at checkout. All credit codes issued cannot be combined with other promo or sale codes.

Items need to be in our gift box provided to protect them in the shipping process. Put tracking on your package as Bellaforma Jewelry cannot be responsible for lost items. 

If you receive an item that is in error, damaged OR anything is missing please notify  sandra@bellaformajewelry.com immediately. 
ALWAYS check your packing slip first to make sure YOU did not order the incorrect size. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Custom orders OR Alterations to any of our products are not eligible for returns, credit or exchange. We are happy to customize jewelry that is to your sizing or liking however if these are changes to sizes or styles that we do not sell on our website they will be final sale.
All jewelry that is eligible for an exchange will be a final sale and not eligible for additional exchanges or returns.
