First class shipping is free within the U.S. and you will receive tracking information via email or text (depending on the method you selected) as soon as your order is shipped. We pride ourselves on quick delivery. We are as excited about your order as you are to receive it! We work hard to create, wrap, package and ship within 2-5 days of your order being placed. If you are ordering during a busy holiday shopping season or sale expect your order to ship within 5-7 days.
Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days AFTER it ships from California to destinations within the U.S. During holidays and long weekends please keep in mind that we are at the mercy of the post office and it could take a little longer. Select priority mail if you require it sooner.
Outside U.S. Shipping:
Bellaforma provide’s International shipping via the U.S. Postal Service or DHL. If you choose U.S. postal service your item won’t be tracked after it departs the U.S. so we recommend DHL. Prices are based on weight and destination. Your delivery may take between 7-21 days. Bellaforma is not responsible for custom fees, duties or other charges. Returns & Exchanges
If you need to exchange or return your item/s you have 30 days to do so from the date you receive your order. You must contact us at the above email address before requesting a return and we are happy to exchange an item/s if you prefer something else in the store. We charge a nominal $10.00 fee per bracelet (all other items $5.00 fee) to remake and mail back to you once the item is remade. We will invoice you and you will receive a tracking number when it ships. You will see our mailing address on our packing slips.
OR you will receive a full credit back if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.
Please return in the same box and condition and please put tracking info on your package as Bellaforma cannot be responsible for lost items. If your item is returned in the same condition we will refund your purchase.
If we are exchanging your item (once it has been mailed back) you have the option to select an alternative and pay the difference if higher or receive credit from your original purchase. A ship fee will be charged to ship back to you once you have made your new selection.
If you received an item and it is damaged in any way please notify email@example.com immediately.
