Q. I just placed my order, how long will it take?

A. Your jewelry is made to order just for you! The moment you place your order we begin handcrafting your pieces. Our goal is to create, package and mail them quickly for you as we know you are excited to receive them. Most orders will ship the next day through USPS and you will receive tracking info via email or text. From California you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days if you reside in the U.S.

Q. Do you offer gift cards?

A. If you would like to purchase a gift card for someone please send us an email at sandra@bellaformajewelry.com and we can invoice you for ANY amount you would like and create a unique shopping code in that amount so your recipient can use it at checkout. 

Q. Do you ship to Canada? Will you ship internationally?

A. Yes to both! We have very reasonable shipping rates...see Shipping section for more info.

Q. Can I cancel or change an order?

A. Since we mail out typically within 24 to 48 hours your window is very small to make changes. Please notify us immediately if you require a change and before you receive confirmation of tracking info. 

Q. How will my order be packaged?

A. Bellaforma jewelry always comes in a bubble envelope and carefully packaged in a bronze, blue or black logo gift box with natural paper shred (easy recycling) and gift wrapped at no extra charge with embellishment. If your item is a gift and you would like us to personalize the wrapping with an initial and include a gift card then just let us know in the checkout or email sandra@bellaformajewelry.com

Q. Help! I haven’t received my item yet, I think it may have gotten lost in the mail. What do I do?

A. Well that can be disappointing! We all want our online orders like yesterday but if it appears your order is taking longer than normal please look up your tracking number provided to you and check to see where it may be. Sometimes over a long weekend or holiday it can be delayed. If it looks like it was delivered to you and you have yet to receive it then please contact the Post Office immediately. Bellaforma has no control over what happens when your order leaves our studio and cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lucky for us we have NEVER encountered a package we couldn’t track down. 

Q. Can I use multiple discount codes on my purchase?

A. If you are an email subscriber to our newsletter you will receive exclusive offers and hear about our newest products. We love our Facebook and Instagram followers so if you are on social media give us a follow! Unfortunately we can only honor one discount code at a time and some codes are subject to time limits so please keep that in mind. We are ecstatic to provide you free shipping in the U.S. regardless of the amount of your order.

Q. I received my order but it’s not really what I want..what should I do?

A. Okayyyy no worries we want you to enjoy your purchase and brag to your friends but we understand sometimes it’s not quite what you had in mind. Please read more in our Shipping,Returns, & Exchanges Section at the foot of our Home page for more info. 

Q. I see something on your site I really like but it says SOLD OUT. Will you EVER get it again?

A. Great question! We are probably just waiting on certain components before we can offer them again. Most pieces will get restocked. If you see something you like that’s sold out please don’t hesitate to email...it’s possible to make you something similar and just as special or we can notify you immediately when it does come back in stock. 

Q. Can you alter an existing piece? 

A. Many bracelets with charms can be easily changed out if you ask. Many necklaces can be made longer or leather color can be altered. It just depends on the item and your willingness to inquire. Most men’s bracelets are custom made to size which brings us into our next question.

Q. Can a men’s bracelet be made for a woman? 

A. Yes! We have made our men’s bracelet selection to start at 7” which is a typical woman’s size. If you need something smaller send an email OR if you like a men’s style and perhaps want to add a couple rhinestone spacer beads to feminize it a bit please ask, we are happy to customize. 

Q. Do you make jewelry for children?

A. Yes the young ones should get their style on early! You may want an adult/kid combo, or a bracelet with charms that are unique to them and what they cherish, it would be a custom order. We have made many special pieces over the years...see our custom order section or see our kids custom product page in our bracelet section to view some past sets.

Q. Do you sell in stores?

A. We have in the past when Bellaforma was started on the East Coast. Currently we are loving direct sales and the ability to communicate and bring our affordable handcrafted designs straight to our valued customers. We may again in the future as we always keep our options open but at this time we are focusing on our e-commerce business.

Q. A lot of your bracelets are stretch bracelets...I would like a bracelet with a toggle, can you do that?

A. Yes, if you like a particular style it’s quite possible to do a version with a toggle or lobster clasp if you prefer (for an additional fee). Please inquire with your size and preference,

Q. What are your metals? 

A. We use a variety of metals such as stainless steel 304/316L for its durability and anti tarnish qualities, sterling silver .925, pewter and depending on the piece some antique plated silver. The product description should elaborate on what the piece is made of. Please see our Care & Repair section on the footer of our Home page for more info.
