Q. I just placed my order, how long will it take?
A. Your jewelry is made to order. Our goal is to create, package and have your order mailed quickly as we know you are excited to receive it. Most orders will ship within 3-8 business days through USPS and you will receive tracking info via email or text. If you are ordering during a sale OR have placed a large order with multiple pieces our timeframes can be a bit longer. If you are trying to track your order within the first 12-24 hours and don’t have any update yet please don’t worry! We carefully pack and prep our packages in advance so it may not have gotten to the post office yet.
After our production time you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days if you reside in the U.S.
We do not have control over postal delays.
Q. Do you offer gift cards?
A. Yes! We offer electronic gift cards, please see Gift Cards in the navigation menu. This is a great option if you are unsure of what to get for that someone special. Redeeming them is as simple as entering your code at checkout.
Q. Do you ship to Canada? Will you ship internationally?
A. Yes to both! We have very reasonable shipping rates...see Shippingsection for more info.
Q.Can I cancel or change an order?
A. Yes, please notify us within 24 hours by EMAIL ONLY if you require a change and before you receive confirmation of tracking info. (PLEASE do not use social media as we may not see your request).
Q. How will my order be packaged?
A. Bellaforma jewelry always comes carefully packaged in a chocolate colored gift box with natural paper shred for easy recycling.
Your order will be mailed in a padded envelope with packing slip unless it’s a gift being sent to your recipient AND you’ve included a gift note.
FYI: If you are ordering multiple pieces and require them individually gift wrapped PLEASE request this in the order notes. Orders will always get packed and wrapped in ONE box if not requested.
If your item is a gift and you would like us to personalize a gift note you can leave your gift message when you add your product to the cart, that is the easiest way to ensure we will see it. If you forget to add it you can email firstname.lastname@example.org

Q. Help! I haven’t received my item yet, I think it may have gotten lost in the mail. What do I do?
A. We know how extremely frustrating that is! We all want our online orders quickly but if it appears your order is taking longer than normal please look up your tracking number provided to you and check to see where it may be. If it is still in transit it can be experiencing postal delays, please be patient.
You can put advanced tracking on your item via USPS so you can receive updates via text or email. If it appears it was delivered to you and you have yet to receive it please wait 24 hours, many times we see postal workers pre~scan packages which prompts you to receive the “delivered” email from us. Please contact your Post Office with the tracking info if you haven’t received your item within 48 hours. Bellaforma has no control over what happens when your order leaves our studio and cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will always do our best to assist in tracking your order as human error tends to be the case when items say they’ve been delivered and are not.
Q. Can I use multiple discount codes on my purchase? I’m not getting a discount when redeeming a reward, why?
A. If you are an email subscriber to our newsletter you will receive exclusive offers and hear about our newest products. We love our Facebook and Instagram followers so if you are on social media give us a follow. Only one code can be honored at a time. Many codes are subject to expirations so please keep that in mind. Redeeming a loyalty reward is valid on regular price items ONLY and if we are having a site wide sale you will not be able to override the sale code so you will need to visit the website the following day to redeem your reward.
We are happy to provide you free shipping in the U.S. regardless of the amount of your order.
Q. I received my order but it’s not really what I want..what should I do?
A. We want you to enjoy your purchase, get lots of compliments and brag to your friends but we understand sometimes it’s not quite what you had in mind. Please click: Shipping,Returns, & Exchanges Section or see our full footer menu at the bottom of our home page.
Q. Ooops I ordered the wrong size, what should I do?
A. Great question! No worries, it happens. Send an email immediately and let us know you will be mailing it back.
We charge a $5.00 shipping fee to resend back to you once the item is remade. We will invoice you and you will receive a tracking number when it ships. You will see our mailing address on our packing slips.
Q. Can you alter an existing piece?
A. Yes, absolutely. Did you know we keep one sample of all our designs in the studio AND we make every piece to order just for you. If it’s a simple request just drop a note at checkout or send a more detailed request via EMAIL after you order.
Q.What are your metals?
A. We use a variety of metals such as stainless steel 304/316L for its durability and anti tarnish qualities, sterling silver .925 and lead free pewter. The product description should elaborate on what the piece is made of. Please see our Care & Repair section on the footer of our Home page for more info.
