Q. I just placed my order, how long will it take?

A. Your jewelry is made to order just for you! The moment you place your order we begin handcrafting your pieces. Our goal is to create, package and mail them quickly for you as we know you are excited to receive them. Most orders will ship within two to five days through USPS and you will receive tracking info via email or text. If you are trying to track your order within the first 12-24 hours and don’t have any update yet please don’t worry! We carefully pack and prep our packages in advance so it may not have gotten to the post office yet.

From California you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days if you reside in the U.S.

Q. Do you offer gift cards?

A. Yes! You will see them on the site soon, if  would like to purchase please reach out. We offer two varieties, a virtual gift card that can be emailed OR a physical (hold in your hand) gift card that can be sent to that lucky someone. Redeeming them will be as simple as entering your code at checkout.

Q. Do you ship to Canada? Will you ship internationally?

A. Yes to both! We have very reasonable shipping rates...see Shippingsection for more info. For International shipping we recommend using DHL so the package can be tracked once it leaves the United States.

Q.Can I cancel or change an order?

A. Since we mail out typically within 48-72 hours your window to make changes is small so please notify us immediately if you require a change and before you receive confirmation of tracking info. 

Q. How will my order be packaged?

A. Bellaforma jewelry always comes in a bubble envelope and carefully packaged in a chocolate colored or black logo gift box with natural paper shred or tissue paper (easy recycling) and gift wrapped at no extra charge with embellishment. If your item is a gift and you would like us to personalize a gift note you can leave your gift message when you add your product to the cart...or email sandra@bellaformajewelry.com

Q. Help! I haven’t received my item yet, I think it may have gotten lost in the mail. What do I do?

A. Well that can be disappointing! We all want our online orders quickly but if it appears your order is taking longer than normal please look up your tracking number provided to you and check to see where it may be. Sometimes over a long weekend or holiday it can be delayed. If it looks like it was delivered to you and you have yet to receive it then please contact your Post Office immediately. Bellaforma has no control over what happens when your order leaves our studio and cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will always do our best to assist in tracking your order as human error tends to be the case when items say they’ve been delivered and are not. 

Q. Can I use multiple discount codes on my purchase? I’m not getting a discount when redeeming a reward, why?

A. If you are an email subscriber to our newsletter you will receive exclusive offers and hear about our newest products. We love our Facebook and Instagram followers so if you are on social media give us a follow. Unfortunately we can only honor one discount code at a time and some codes are subject to time limits so please keep that in mind. Redeeming a reward certificate is only valid on regular price items.

We are ecstatic to provide you free shipping in the U.S. regardless of the amount of your order.

Q. I received my order but it’s not really what I want..what should I do? 

A. We want you to enjoy your purchase and brag to your friends but we understand sometimes it’s not quite what you had in mind. Please read more in our Shipping,Returns, & Exchanges Section at the foot of our Home page for more info. 

Q. Ooops I ordered the wrong size, what should I do?

A. Great question! No worries, it happens. Send an email immediately and let us know you will be mailing it back.
We charge a nominal fee to remake and mail back to you once the item is remade. We will invoice you and you will receive a tracking number when it ships. You will see our mailing address on our packing slips.

Q. Can you alter an existing piece? 

A. Yes, absolutely. Did you know we keep one sample of all our designs in the studio AND we make every piece to order just for you. If it’s a simple request just drop a note at checkout or send a more detailed request after you order.

Q. Can a men’s bracelet be made for a woman? 

A. Yes! We have made our men’s bracelet selection to start at 7” which is a typical woman’s size. If you need something smaller send an email OR if you like a men’s style and perhaps want to add a couple rhinestone spacer beads to feminize it a bit please ask, we are happy to customize. 

Q.What are your metals? 

A. We use a variety of metals such as stainless steel 304/316L for its durability and anti tarnish qualities, sterling silver .925, pewter and depending on the piece some antique plated silver. The product description should elaborate on what the piece is made of. Please see our Care & Repair section on the footer of our Home page for more info.
