Changes to your handcrafted jewelry order are ONLY accepted via EMAIL within 24 hours of placing your order. Please do not send any changes or requests via text/voicemail OR social media. Include your name and order number in your email so we can assist you.
*Please note ALL returns/exchanges need to be authorized first. Your RA number needs to be placed on your package.
