Sandra at Bellaforma Jewelry is the best. I had a problem with the Silver Magnetic Bracelet I bought and was able to send it back to have the magnetic clasp changed to a lobster claw free of charge. Love this company and will be buying more

I had a minor issue with a bracelet and contacted the company to see if there was an easy fix. I was given the directions to fix it but also they went ahead and just replaced the bracelet. 10 out of 10 recommend the jewelry. Customer service is everything to me these days and they 100% have my business forever.
